Job Description:

1. Looking for a graduate with very good communication skills.
2. Working experience as a service desk executive / technical support.
3. Knowledge / working experience in hardware and networking would be an added advantage.
4. Working experience e in international BPO / Voice process would be highly preferred.
5. Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
