Job Description:
Arrangement of Domestic and international flight tickets along with hotel bookings.
Arrangement of visas and overseas travel insurance.
Maintaining weekly and monthly travel MIS.
Invoicing and Keeping track of vendor payments (Travel agents and forex vendors).
Arrangement of forex.
Any other related responsibilities as assigned.
Male candidate will be preferred.
Immediate Joining will be preferred.
Past experience as a corporate travel coordinator will be an added advantage.
