Job Responsibilities:

- Managing existing Facilities.

- Manage purchase of desks, chairs, computers, software for new staff.

- Plan the seating arrangement for new staff.

- Supervise the team looking into cleaning, security, company vehicle.

- Arrange and provide facilities and equipment for staff training courses.

- Plan and action for emergency provision power cuts, flooding, etc.

- First point of contact for all staff for all office related issues.

- Identify requirements for, plan and carry out maintenance (space and equipment).

- Managing Inventories.
