Job description:
Designation : Assistant Manager - Operations
Manage and direct operations team to achieve deliver targets.
Assist in developing/ updating standard operating procedures for
business operations
Assist in building strong customer relationships
Identify and address customer and process issues in a timely manner.
Assist in employee performance appraisals
Provide operational support and guidance to team members.
Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training candidates.
Manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support operational risk and audit process for the purpose of preventive maintenance
