Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

a)            Contribute to developing short and long term audit plan for the organization

b)            Supervise relations and negotiation with external agencies

c)            Assist in the planning and development of various special projects under guidance of 

               Governance head

d)            Manage & lead other businesses of InterGlobe Enterprises as per discussion with the 

                Corporate governance head

e)            Present annual budget for the Companies to the Board and seek their approval

f)             Recruit, structure, and lead a team of qualified professionals to manage different functions                  of the company

g)            Ability to understand business processes

h)            Liasioning with functional departments for carrying out audits & closure of audits

i)             Benchmarking the existing internal audit process to best practices in the Industry

Technical Competencies

a)            Knowledge of legal & regulatory compliances of relevant industry

b)            Effective communication and negotiation skills

c)            Ability to work in complex environments with various stakeholders

d)            High level of analytical skills

e)            Working knowledge of MS word, excel and PowerPoint

Behavioural Competencies

a)            Ability to role model the values of the organization

b)            Ability to network effectively

Education Qualification/Experience

a)            Chartered Accountant

b)            Experience of at least more than 4-5 years with Big 4 experience of at least 2 years.
