Designation : TOC Executive
Job Description :
a) Automating max amount of reports using basic / advanced macro or scripts
b) Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly report within defined time line and distribution to all
stake holders
c) Analysis of Daily KPI Reports and taking action where applicable
d) Acting as a first level of contacts of all report related requirements from Circle as well
within the team
e) Analysis of LOR & Identifying frequent failing sites and recommending corrective action
f) Correlation of Site Outage & Passive Alarm and helping field team in rectification of the
same
g) Analysis of on Run Hours/DCEM and helping Energy Team & Field Team for proper
Energy Management
h) Analysis of NMS Compliance Report and helping Circle team to maintain NMS
Compliance above 95%
i) Identifying high Diesel consumption sites & Helping Energy Team on Green Site
Conversion
j) Analysis of False Alarm Generation from Sites and driving circle team for rectification
k) Facilitating field team in converting non EB sites to EB sites, by Analysis and correct
targeted info sharing with Energy team
l) Adhering to TOC Process and ensuring that other team members are also adhering
