Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot Network issues of Enterprise customers (US/CAN region)

Early resolution of Critical Cases (Sev1)

Good in Root Cause Analysis

Well-organized, methodical and careful.

Skills Required:

Essential:

Candidate should have good knowledge of CCNA basics.
