Job Description:


This role is ideal for someone who is looking for first-hand early-age start-up experience from an all-

round perspective.

Responsibilities:

-Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of 

new clients

-Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned Territory 

and/or market segment by effectively selling the companys products and services.

-Personally contact and secure new business accounts/orders through a relationship-based approach.

-Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

-You will act as the key interface between the customer and all verticals in the company.

Skills required:

-Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must.

-Should have a vibrant mental dexterity to think of new ways to acquire and loop in potential 

customers by leveraging multiple avenues like tie ups and alliances with Corporates & Startups, Real 

Estate agencies/projects and online portals etc.

-Strong customer account management and relationship building skills

-Highly self-motivated

-Candidate with prior Business Development experience preferred

-Provide assistance with business planning, periodic measurements of effectiveness and facilitate 

efforts to optimize operational efficiency

-Manage multiple assignments and deliverables within challenging timelines

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects in order to meet tight deadlines

-Ability to multi-task and move quickly if needed

-Ability to work independently to see projects through

-Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness required
