Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls in accordance with pre-established company guidelines and procedures
Enter all relevant information regarding customer inquiries into the respective tracking system
Accuracy in assisting customers concern and taking regular follow up
Maintain desired targets of Adherence, Quality Metric
Complete activities on daily basis
Job Requirements:-
Graduation is must
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 months of customer service /sales experience
Freshers are also welcome
Must possess strong Written & Oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with customers of vast ages,
Must demonstrate the ability to assess situations and provide quick resolution to the customer.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business - Rotational Shifts for Male candidates.
