Job Description:

Good Communication skills.
   
Good Sourcing Skills
   
Good knowledge in IT Infrastructure Skills
   
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
   
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
   
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
   
Builds applicant sources by researching internet sites i.e. Naukri.com, Monster, LinkedIn etc
   
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
   
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
   
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
   
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
   
Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined
   
Provide reporting and regular status updates
