Job Description:
Software Engineers conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design,
layout and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of productivity
enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, electronic data processing systems software.
Determines computer user needs, advises hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect
software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements, designs
and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Responds to
customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal
education, judgement and formal software process.
Qualifications :
MTech/MCA/BTech with Java knowledge, experience in testing is advantage
About Us :
Bryant joined Intel in 1981 as controller for the Commercial Memory Systems Operation and in 1983
became Systems Group controller. In 1987 he was promoted to director of finance for the
corporation, and was appointed vice president and director of finance of the Intel Products Group in
1990. Bryant became chief financial officer (CFO) in February 1994 and was promoted to senior vice
president in January 1999. In October 2007, Bryant was named chief administrative officer. Bryant
was named a director and vice chairman of Intel’s Board of Directors in July 2011 and chairman of
the board in May 2012.
