FOR JAVA:

•             Should be well versed in variety of technologies

•             Should have designed at least one project module using object oriented analysis and design 

techniques

•             Sound knowledge of modern software architecture and development techniques

•             Good coding skills: Implementing UI validations.

•             should be a go getter and interested in learning new technologies.

FOR DOT NET:

•             .Net Development Will be exposed to Live project

•             Should have inclination towards programming

•             Should have basic knowledge of C,C++,HTML

•             Should be a quick learner

FOR PHP:

•             Write “clean”, well designed code

•             Produce detailed specifications

•             Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong 

optimization and functionality

•             Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

•             Follow industry best practices

•             Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.

FOR TESTING:

•             Review of software requirements

•             Preparation of test cases

•             Execution of tests

•             Reporting of defects

•             Preparation of test reports

•             Test newly developed software applications on PC and mobile devices.

•             Report and track bugs, cooperate with developers to fix them.

•             Design test cases for different projects and components.

•             Write and summarize test reports.
