Job Responsibilities:
Set up processes for customer accounts
Ensure requests are accurately entered and reflected in the system and are appropriately reviewed
Review and solve problems related to customer accounts setup process, including e-Business data
and pricing
Maintain rebate agreements in company systems
Initiate account master periodical review e.g. inactive account, product inclusion, clean invoicing etc.
