Job Description:

Skill set Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in required product in the below technical domain.

- Experience in Siebel CRM 8.x (latest version with Open UI)

- Experienced in working on Agile methodology, the project is expected to have monthly sprints

- Hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, eScript, Workflow Process, EAI (HTTP Adapter, 

MQ, JMS), SOA (Web Services), Open UI (JavaScript/CSS/HTML)

- Should have worked on Siebel CRM Sales, Call Centre and After Sales Service (HTIM and eAuto) 

application

- Define and own delivery of the end to end solution architecture of the Siebel CRM program

Should have experience on the below functionalities :

- Siebel Email integration

- Siebel-outlook integration

- Assignment rules / assignment Skills

- CTI integration

- Order Management

- Real Time and Batch integrations

- Siebel Mobile

- Siebel BIP reports

- Co-ordination with MSBI / OBIEE team

- Strong Analytical and Communication skills
