Job Description:

Walk-in interview for Female HR Recruiter on 2nd May, 3rd May & 4th May, 2016 from 11 am to 6 

pm at

WebTek Labs Pvt. Ltd.

4 Lee Road, Vaibhav Building, 5th Floor, Kolkata 700020

NOTE:

Freshers are not eligible for this profile. Minimum 1 year experience is required and should  have a 

good knowledge in Recruitment.

Salary range will be in between 8K to 13K take home + PF + ESI per month.

Candidates who are getting more than 13K take home per month are not eligible for this position.

Job role will be 100% internal recruitment for the company and no generalist part is involved here.

Should be comfortable with work location at Rabindra Sadan, Kolkata.

Job Responsibility:

Should know full recruitment life cycle including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary 

negotiating, documenting and on-boarding activities.

Source and attract top talent and handle special projects, such as creating innovative strategies to 

locate top local talent, and assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis.

Screening candidates resumes and job applications and conducting interviews using various reliable 

personnel selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Identifying right candidates with required skill set and experience and make sure that it should match 

the requirement as per the job description.

Provide analytical and well documented reports to senior managers and rest of the team.

Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy by developing and updating job descriptions 

and job specifications.

Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

Preparing and posting jobs to appropriate job portals, classifieds, agencies etc.

Sourcing candidates by using database, social media, own networking channels etc.

On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated.
