Job Description:

1. Takes orders & serves guests in a courteous, professional & attentive manner undertake menu up-

selling & suggestive selling.

2. Knowledge about Food and Beverage service, including cuisines, alcoholic and non alcoholic 

beverages and their service.

3. Rules of F & B Service and service etiquette.

4. Polite phraseology.

5. Telephone etiquette.

6. F&B service skills and other operational skills.

7. Mis-en-place.

8. Professional guest interaction.

9. Efficient, anticipatory and unobtrusive service skills.

10. Sound knowledge of POS (For Cashier), Petty cash management, DSR etc

11. Effective knowledge of MS-Office (Controller), Inventory management, F & B Cost control
