Position                : Financial Analyst

Qualification       : MBA (Finance)

Job Location       : Hyderabad

Key Requirement:

2+ years Exp in Financial Analysis, handling large volumes of Data.

Working knowledge of the aspects of financial profitability, both from an individual product or from 

a company standpoint will be considered.

Working knowledge and proficiency of analytical computer programs, e.g., Excel, Access, Word, is 

essential. Additional knowledge and proficiency with other financial or contracting systems will be 

considered beneficial.

Ability to devise new approaches, methods and systems in response to the changing managed care 

environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required ensuring ability to interact 

with all levels of internal and global customers.

Excellent analytical and interpretation skills.

Other responsibilities:

Based upon proper evaluation and interpretation adjudicating member eligibility for various market 

segments utilizing SAP/R3.

Is to resolve membership and chargeback claims. This helps us in maintaining appropriate first pass 

by being proactive.

Resolve discrepancies relating to customer information and eligibility

Responsible for maintaining an in depth knowledge and functional use of internal systems for 

maintaining membership updates

Communicate with wholesalers and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) etc. to determine 

member eligibility

Maintain an effective customer focus and proactively manage all aspects of account assignment 

while 

performing other related duties and ad hoc responsibilities as required

Prepare Team Metrics on monthly basis and provide management with current month performance
