Job Description:

 15 days of compulsory travelling across east region rural villages/ town is involved.

- Responsible for complete Recruitment of the region.

- Managing onsite joining formalities of sales employees.

- Record Management

- Regional compliance management of east zone. Ensure all relevant Statutory Obligations in a 

proactive manner.

- Zonal Leave Management in HRMS.

- Assisting Regional Manager - HR in other day to day operations.

- Strong exposure of MS excel is required.

- Graduates with exposure in HR field are encouraged to apply.
