Job Description:

1) Recording all of Receipts & Dispatches in SAP

2) Key Accounts Modern Trade - Billing, Reporting, Packing

3) POS Despatch Report

4) POS Allocation

5) Process all orders & generate packlist

6) Generate Invoice

7) All daily Reporting Like ABI wise file, DSR, Stock Statement

8) Close of Open Order

9) GR inward on daily basis

10) Road Permit

11) Filing of Sales Tax Returns & preparation of records for Sales Tax Consultatn & yearly assesment

12) Handle the Key Account billing & CSD account billing

13) Getting appoinment from key account & coordinate for dispatch

14) Final DSR send on daily basis with actual format

15) POS related all ( receiving, allocation & dispatch, update register of POS)

16) Daily Reporting ( ABI file, stock, DSR )

17) form 49 register entry in soft register & physical register

18) GR must done on every day

19) Above of all if WM assign any work....

Candidate Requirement :

SAP Operator should have experience in SAP on Sales & distribution Module.

• Experience Mini 1 years

• Skills Well command over SAP ( Sales & Distribution module), MS Excel V-look up, Pivot

Table.

Qualification: Graduate
