-- Handling inbound calls & emails from customers

-- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion

-- Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints) on daily basis

-- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaign.

-- Open for doing outbound calls and doing upselling of Naukri Fastforward products
