Job Description :

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to organization policy & processes, 

Information Security, Internal and External audits.

This will involve management of all QMS & ISMS Documentation, review, updates, management of 

all processes, procedures and performance monitoring of the systems including...

Driving compliance to Organizations Policies and Procedures

Conducting & managing Regular Internal Audits/ Random Audits to assess the performance of 

management systems.

Conducting Third Party Audits & ensuring closure of open risks

Management of client audit- schedules, preparation, handling, audit observation closures

Management of Non-Conformities, CAPA, Customer Complaints and ensuring satisfactory closure.

Working with other departments for implementation of policies and measuring the compliance level

Timely review of QMS/ISMS documents, Asset list Management for the team and Master asset list 

for the organization

Arranging compliance inductions, awareness trainings, assessments, certification, communication 

through organizations intranet

Working as a consultant to all functions for compliance guidelines

Ensuring policies are in line with compliances agreed with customers

Conducting Ongoing Risk Assessment & Business Continuity Testing &

Working on closure of open risks.

Data Analysis for system performance, internal audit results, Non-Conformities, effectiveness of 

controls and corrective actions

IT security audits with tools as applicable.
