*Experience range: 0 - 4 years preferably from ITES industry

*Excellent command of spoken and written English

*Willing to work in Perpetual Night Shift Process (10:00 PM - 06:00 AM)

*Prior experience in communicating with International customers via Phone/e-mail/Chat support

*Drive for Results - Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to 

closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition

*Good Team Player, maintaining a 'We first' instead of 'I first'

*Good stakeholder management skills and experience

*Adapt to changes, basis business requirements

*Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

*Prior experience in handling customer complaints (mandatory)

*Should not have appeared for the MAERSK Selection process

*Male candidates are preferred
