Job Description:
Candidate would be responsible for frontline hiring and recruitment.
Candidate would be responsible for frontline hiring and Bulk Recruitment.
Involved in end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as understanding job description, based on the job specification, source, screen, schedule interview.
Handle technical on call interviews, coordinate with the business on the interview & feedback.
Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, screening the resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Vendor management & stakeholder management.
Salary negotiation, rolling out offers, conducting joining formalities and back ground verification.
Maintaining new employee database and Monthly HR Dashboard.
Handling Pre-boarding activities like confirmation calls, facilitating joining formalities Ensuring adherence to compliances.
Ensuring recruitment pre-requisites like completed candidate assessment sheet, hiring scores and salary discussions are completed before any offer letters are issued Maintenance of new employee database and Monthly HR Dashboard.
Handling Pre-boarding activities like conformation calls, facilitating joining formalities.
Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances for minimum wages, contractual /FT employment etc.
3rd Party Verification of Candidates, maintaining the tracker of BGC and ensuring all verifications are done in TAT - follow-up with vendor and ensuring compliance.
New hire reports are sent on time to all stakeholders and ensure compliance Financial expenses and provisions are maintained.
