Job Description:

Sourcing candidates through various modes of recruitment for NON IT Hiring (job-positing, job-portals, reference-pulling, Linked in , Vendors .).
Worked in Sales Driven Organisation.
Hands on experience in Junior to Middle level Positions/Senior Management Profiles).
Instrumental in end to end recruitment process.
Taking care of End To End Recruitment Process.
From Shortlisting to coordination with stake holders to the Salary Negotiation to Closing the Positions.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
Coordinating with candidates and panel members for the interview.
Requesting references and checking the suitability of the candidate.
Well Versed with Excel, Recruitment Dashboards, Maintain the Recruitment Data.
