Designation offered: Sales Executive/Sales Officer
Qualification: Graduation Preferred
EXP: 6 months to 2 years work experience needed in HL/LAP/Mortgage Loan.
Salary: 15k-18k
Job Description:
1. Sourcing Business for Home Loan through open Market.
2. Clearing the doubts of the clients/customers by giving proper guidance.
3. Help the clients/customers in documentation.
4. Maintaining good relationship with the clients/customers.
Sales Executive Duties & Responsibilities:
A Sales Executive has the responsibility of the sales of any company into the market so he needs to make sure that he fulfills his duties and responsibilities with full desire and determination.
The Duties and the responsibilities of the Sales Executive job persons are given below.
1) He should maintain good relationships with the companies customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts.
2) Direct Marketing of Home Loan.
3) Open market through dealer, builder, and broker.
Recruit new broker & coordination among credit team, operation and builders & customers
4) Resolve the all type of sales queries from log-in to disbursement.
