We are urgently looking for Technical Support Executive for Our Organization (On Third Party Payroll) at our New Delhi Office
1. Will be responsible for receiving/ making calls of the customer
2. To manage escalated customers of Sony
3. Troubleshooting of Sony products over phone
4. Punching the calls in software
