HCL Walk in Interviews for Media Publishing and Entertainment on 17th, 20th and 21st of June, from 11 A.M. onwards.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Prepare and monitor schedules

2)Enter Ad orders in Ad Booking/Ad Management System

3) Provide sales support

4)Follow up with Sales team for ads and process ads

5)Create issue layouts [folio plan] and instructions for printers

6) Process and approve ads in the Premedia Asset Management System

7)Proof and approve magazine pages in the virtual proofing system

8)Coordinate with stake holders - Sales, Advertisers, Editors, Publishers and Third Party Vendors for printing and shipping of issues

9)Prepare monthly MIS and issue wise performance reports for the client and management

10)Support Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables services
