Telephonic Interviews of the Candidates
Establish and post job adverts on job search websites
Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
Dealing with Stake holders and taking requirements and providing right talent from the market.
Required Skills:
Should have completed MBA/PGDM.
Good Communication skills.
Confident and should have positive attitude.
Willing to learn.
Able to work/perform under pressure.
Should be OK with Night Shifts as and when required.
