Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy.
Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc.
Meet QMS and ISMS requirements
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication skills.
Good typing Speed of 25 WPM / 90% accuracy.
Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
Age Preference 21 years to 25 years.
Shift Timing: Night Shift between 6pm to 3am with five days a week.
