Job Description:

Enthusiastic, Motivated and pro-active individuals to our Network Operations Team.
Shift work on 24x7 roster basis.
Pro-active monitoring of the customers infrastructure.
Taken ownership of tickets created within the stipulated SL.
Follow up on tickets with the internal IT Team for resolution.
Interact with customers on a daily basis via Phone, Email & Chat.
Excellent comprehension skill & Interpersonal skills.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills;both verbal and written.
Basic understanding on Infrastructure Monitoring tools Added advantage.
Basic Linux CLI skills ( Client & Server OS).
Basic understanding on Windows OS ( Client & Server OS ).
Basic understanding on Networking concepts.
Should be available to operate in a 24/7 work environment.
Should have completed course or certification in RHCE / RHCSA / RHSA - REDHAT.
