Service Desk Administration.
Resolving Service request and Incidents.
Standard software Installation.
Server Administration L1 Support.

Skills:

Must have MCSE / MCITP Certification.
Desktop Administration.
Windows domain knowledge.
Applications troubleshooting.
Understanding of Hardware and Network Troubleshooting.
Microsoft Windows will be the primary domain knowledge.
