Process Associate/Process Developer- Order to Cash(Collections)

1.Complex Cash applications (based on role requirement)
2. Basic B2B collections (based on role requirement)
3. Basic level query resolution through e-mails
4. Creation of complex Enquiries
5. Extraction of reports from applications



Process Developer - AP Helpdesk

1.Process invoices in workflow / ERP as per customer policies and guidelines
2. Resolve the exceptions while processing and post processing.
3. Review and Process invoices and check requests and Urgent invoice processing by coordinating with approvers/auditors to push for payment
4. Research from the ERP for 3 ways match
