Need 3-5 years of experience in BPO / ITES background
Candidates Must be good in Drafting E-mail
Should be a Good Team player
Excellent Communication Skills are required
Troubleshoot and resolve queries of team members during operations.
Build a good rapport with the team members and motive them to perform up to the expectations of the management.
Train the entire team and give individual attention to the team members as and when required.
Manage leave for the team with the help of Local Application Manager.
Ensure that his team members adhere to the SOP of every process 100%
Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts
Shift allowance will be provided
