Job Description :

You will be responsible for Handling of Individual/Group Queries from direct walk-in guests (both domestic and International).
Handle all Thomas Cook products - Domestic and International GIT and FIT. Ticketing, Visa, Insurance, Currency.

Flight and Fare Enquiry.

Handling Ticketing and Refunds of tickets.

Agent query relating to reservation and ticketing.

Knowledge of Fare calculations and reservations is required.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in sales ticketing and/or reservations.
