Job Description :

As an Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the Recruitment team by managing day to day activities

The responsibilities will be as follows:

Handling HR operations for the Recruitment team
 
Assist recruiters by scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite and skype interviews
 
Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly
 
Drafting offer letters
 
Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time
 
Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
