Job Description :

Excellent Written and spoken communication skills

Should have ITIL Foundation knowledge

Experience of at least 1 year in RIMs role working on Incidents and Requests

L1 experience in Networking, Windows, VMware required, Storage, SQL and UNIX will be an advantage

Knowledge on User account administration, AD, Group Policy , share access etc.

Monitor and work on extensive application based alerts and tasks

Triaging Tickets and following up on open tickets

Job requires Monitoring, logging tickets, resolving tickets based on SOPs, escalating issues to L2 and L3

Handles tickets related to Windows, VMware, Storage, Database, Applications and Network

Hosting bridge calls, sending WebEx invites, coordinate between different resolver groups and provide inputs and information as asked by the resolver groups on call Adhere to SOPs, defined escalation matrices and procedures

Update SOPs and provide inputs to improve them Comply strictly to the ticket documentation and reporting formats

All ad-hoc tasks to be completed as per the requirement. Should have working knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PPT (preferred)
